   Owen –

   Very effective in getting your tongue to automatically rest on the palate.
   It may seem a little stiff at first but eventually it will soften and feel a lot more comfortable.

   This device helps me improve my breathing and posture. The large circular design makes it easy to position on the center of the tongue. I already use an OSB device so the Mewing Appliance is an excellent complement.

   I have been mewing properly for a long time, but I decided to give this tool a try. It’s a nifty little product that comes in a metal case. So far it’s great, but I’ve only been using it for a week. However, it was delivered three days later than expected..
