We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, our policy entitles you to a full refund for 60 days after you receive the package. You don’t have to ship anything back.

Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number. We will respond initiate the refund typically within 10 days. We will refund the full amount that you paid.

Transaction

After we trigger the refund, it can take a few days for the payment to reflect on your credit card or bank statement. We can only refund the original payment method you used for the purchase.
